Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at info@2cc.clothing.
